Yoga Leadership & 200hr Training
This leading Yoga teacher curriculum training is being sought after by students called to advance their awareness of the full teachings of yoga as well as gain access to professional in depth yoga education with a trauma conscious lens.
We will tackle personal impasses that has kept us felling "STUCK" as we unlock the missing pieces and awaken the teacher within each of us. Sometimes all we need is the collective support of community, wisdom, and the time to give yourself to grow.
There is heavy emphasis on inclusion, accessibility for all body shapes, levels, professional development and mentorship.
It's this type of robust training that has graduated excellent teachers, leaders and studio owners both locally and nationally. Our graduates move on to make immediate impacts personally and professionally within their own communities.

~a note from Jodi~
Someone asked me why I teach this training when there are many other offerings of this subject matter around the area It made me think...so here ya go.
My Why -
“I share this body of work, my body of life lessons, scars, missteps and celebrations; because after numerous career paths this is THE ONLY ONE that feels authentic for me, of value to the collective; and it’s a service that enhances each life this practice touches. I teach because the practice compliments anyone who is pulled to advance their personal practice; is pulled to find an outlet to share their wisdom; is pulled to be of service to others in a celebration of this life. I teach this because it’s a pathway home to who you truly are…before life got a hold of us and clouded the picture. There is a CERTAINTY that if you find this training with me, it's time for you to lean in and be lifted up"
